Loading / Unloading

Due to the nature of our venue, location and storage constraints we must ask you to adhere to strict loading times.

We are a new venue and will be judged by neighbors and officials. It’s in all our interest to avoid complaints. 

Pre-event:

Delivery: 08:00am Till 1 hour prior to function Begin.

Post-event:

Derigg: Indoors – after the function / till 02:00am latest* 

Collections: till 22:00h latest. No items to be taken out of the building after

Collections (on the following day): 08:00am – 11:00am

Important: From 22:00 to 08:00 no loading & collection is allowed.  

Absolutely no parking permitted in front of the Shul and the driveway must stay clear at all times.. Please park your vehicle on the street.

In the event and the Client will require equipment additional to the one available at the venue, all such equipment must be hired via our approved suppliers only. A list of approved suppliers is available from our website.

It is compulsory that there is security cover for all events held at The Venue over 100 guests or when making use of the car park facilities for Chuppah purposes. Please note that it’s the client’s responsibility that guests and children do not damage property or cause disturbance. 

Charges for security officers are £144.00, per 8 hours shift, per officer and £22.00 per hour thereafter (Charges are for the year 2020) 

• 100 – 150 guest: 1 Security guard
• 151 – 260 guest: 2 Security guards 
• 261+ guest:   3 Security guards

• Noise Limit: Our function spaces are licenced for events with music not exceeding 85 decibels and no later than midnight. 
• Any food and beverage catering must be provided through one of our approved caterers. 
• The caterers must be licensed by Kedassia. 
• Due to the nature of the building – no mixed dancing is permitted.
• We can not isolate the smoke detectors, therefore smoke machines, fireworks or haze are not permitted.
• No parking is available on site.
• Suppliers can load/unload and must remove vehicles prior guest arrival.
• Chuppah Roof: During rain the roof must remain closed.
• The Venue does not supply a Chuppah or Mechitzah
• Refuse: The venue does not have any rubbish bins. All refuse must be taken off site by the suppliers / caterers.

The Venue has its own sound system and 1x cordless microphone which is perfect for speeches and the use is included in the venue hire.

Strictly only approved contractors are permitted to plug into our sound system.

The Venue has its lighting system and the use is included in the venue hire. 

Hanging lighting equipment and trussing is possible from hanging points in the ceiling. 

Only fire retardant and industry standard materials are permitted on site.

All staging, dancefloors, draping and set-work must comply with the latest industry regulations.

Our sole approved production supplier is SC Productions.

The Venue will publish a list of approved caterers. For the avoidance of doubt – only approved caterers can cater your event the the Diamond.

A valid Kedassia Licence is one of the prerequisites for approval.
